Lyric coloratura, Nancy Hasiuk, is a vibrant, young soprano currently coaching with world-renowned dramatic soprano Janice Baird, and recently, the repetiteurs Björn Huestege (former head coach of Opera Frankfurt), as well as Simone di Felice (Opera Frankfurt), Borja Maniño (Madrid), and  Margaret Singer (Karlsruhe, DE) She is frequently hailed for her sparkling and crystalline vocal tone balancing her animated, yet sensitive performances.  
Nancy’s stage highlights include Valencienne in The Merry Widow, Cinderella in Into the Woods, Tessa in The Gondoliers, Josephine in HMS Pinafore, and Cupid in Orpheus in the Underworld.  Solo recital and concert works include CPE Bach’s Magnificat, Schubert’s Mass in G Major, Mozart's Requiem, Handel’s Messiah and as the soprano soloist for Parvaz Homay - Live in Concert.  Nancy was a featured soloist with North Shore Light Opera Society, Opera Opulenza, Opera Mariposa and Fraser Valley Stage.  She was a soloist and choral singer with such prestigious ensembles as Elektra Women's Choir and Vancouver Cantata Singers. Nancy is a passionate recitalist with repertoire ranging from opera and classical music  to musical theatre. She is also an accomplished dancer, trained in both classical ballet and Ukrainian dance.
